ROLE

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will contribute to the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and optimize transfer pricing models that support business operations.

You will manage pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and tax audits while providing technical analysis for regulatory queries. This role offers exposure to strategic planning, process optimization, and automation tools, with opportunities for career growth in a dynamic and global environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Transfer Pricing Model Development & Implementation:
  • Design, build, and maintain complex transfer pricing models to support intercompany transactions and global supply chain operations.
  • Evaluate and optimize existing transfer pricing structures to align with business changes and global tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, supply chain) to implement new TP models and ensure compliance.
  • Operational & Transactional Transfer Pricing:
  • Manage the operational execution of transfer pricing policies, including pricing calculations, intercompany agreements, and financial analysis.
  • Oversee transactional transfer pricing processes, including intercompany charges, cost allocations, and profit split methodologies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all intercompany transactions.
  • Tax Audits & Controversy Support:
  • Provide technical analysis and data support for transfer pricing audits and disputes.
  • Respond to queries from tax authorities and manage the preparation of audit-ready documentation.
  • Strategic Planning & Business Partnering:
  • Advise senior management on transfer pricing risks and planning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business units to align transfer pricing strategies with operational and commercial goals.
  • Provide insights on the impact of supply chain changes and new business models on TP policies.
  • Process Optimization & Technology:
  • Drive automation and efficiency in TP calculations and reporting processes.
  • Leverage advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve transfer pricing processes to adapt to regulatory and business changes.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in transfer pricing, with a mix of in-house (corporate) and Big 4 or leading advisory firm experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS regulations, and local country-specific TP rules.
  • Proven experience in transactional TP (intercompany financing, services, royalties) and operational TP (day-to-day pricing, calculations, adjustments).
  • Ability to build and manage complex financial models and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset to address TP challenges and optimize processes.
  • Proficient in Excel (advanced modeling), ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience working in multinational environments with complex supply chains.
  • Exposure to tax audit defense and transfer pricing risk assessment.
