We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Admin Operations to join our team as we continue to revolutionize the smart locker industry. As the right-hand person to our Founding team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives at Bloq.it.


What will be your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Founding team to develop, communicate, and execute corporate strategic initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment across all departments;
  • Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives from inception to successful completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and keep progress on track;
  • Provide oversight of key operational functions, continuously improving processes and effectively allocating resources to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and enhance operational efficiency;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Founding team, offering insights and recommendations on key business decisions. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to bridge the gap between executives and the organization;
  • Support the executive team by managing critical initiatives, allowing them to focus on high-level strategic decisions.


What are the requirements to join us in this position

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field;
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of driving strategic initiatives;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization;
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
