
Job Description
You'll be focused in
• Guiding and working alongside our product teams on continuous improvement in order to deliver value and not just deliver software
• Helping Product Owners and teams to understand their need, helping them improve their practices
• Protecting the team from external noise and helping to establish proper communication channels with stakeholders
• Helping to build a safe and trusting environment, where feedback is open, and everyone feels their needs are understood instead of judged
• Participating in team decisions, where everyone should be able to contribute to the team regardless of their experience in this industry.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Strong experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other similar role
• Previous experience mapping and optimizing the team workflow
• Proven records of using workflow metrics (CFD – Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time e Cycle Time)
• Knowledge of management tools such as Jira
• Ability to communicate about organizational challenges and collaborate on finding solutions
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
