THE ROLE

As an Asset Strategy Specialist- Unavailability Performance, you will join our Asset Strategy team and take a central role in understanding and reducing fleet unavailability across regions. You will be responsible for analyzing operational and performance data to identify root causes, propose and implement data-driven solutions, and support regional teams in driving improvements.

Based at our Lisbon HQ, you will report directly to the Asset Strategy Director and collaborate closely with Regional Operations, Fleet Management, Analytics, and Ops Support teams. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone analytical, hands-on, and passionate about continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Analyze vehicle unavailability data using SQL and BI tools (e.g. Metabase) to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Build structured operational reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Translate insights into clear SOPs and action plans, and train regional teams on implementation.
  • Monitor unavailability-related KPIs and ensure regional compliance with corrective actions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align asset strategies with business goals.
  • Proactively identify emerging issues and lead initiatives to address them.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience (including internships) in data analysis, tech consulting, or operational improvement roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong data analysis skills.
  • Comfortable working with BI tools such as Metabase, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Highly structured and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive and ownership-driven, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
