As a Customer Adoption Specialist, your mission will be to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations, using for that the solutions provided by Stratio.

Your mission
Your mission will be to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations, using for that the solutions provided by Stratio.
You will act as a partner and a consultant to clients, understanding their organizations and supporting them using the solutions provided by Stratio to adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations, and to take maximum advantage from it.
This is a new role at Stratio - As you ramp up, you will be assigned client accounts to work with. You will manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle. Some are just starting their projects with us, and some will be long standing clients. In-depth understanding of each client organization and business will be expected from you.
You will be part of the Customer Enablement team which mission is to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their day to day operations.
As Customer Adoption Specialist you will
- Know your customer: For each account you are responsible for, to engage at an in-depth level across our clients’ businesses and know:
- Our contracts and contract dates
- The main stakeholders and their organization
- New contracts the customer is bidding for
- The client fleet
- Client processes and organization for repair & maintenance of the fleet
- Onboard and ramp up your customer:
- After the project is deployed, successfully onboard the customer and drive adoption, following the Stratio handbook for implementing predictive maintenance.
- Own your account: you’ll be responsible for making sure the client successfully implements predictive maintenance, helping the client maximize the value taken from using the solutions provided by Stratio.
- In this process you will contribute to the continuous improvement of Stratio’s implementation handbooks.
- Flag account risks, opportunities, monitor contract renewal dates with each account.
- Accurately identify customer sentiment.
- Internally make clear the experience our clients have, not just with our product, but the experience implementing predictive maintenance (our company mission).
For clarification, your mission will not be doing:
- Upsell or cross sell.
- Sign paperwork with clients or similar commercial tasks.
This is what we believe is needed for this role
Background:
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing project management / delivery.
- Experience in consulting in the context of implementation/transformation/change management projects. Ideally change management within clients organizations.
Skillset and mindset:
- Have a combination of both operational (hands-on) and tactical mindset.
- Great level of autonomy and ability to work under pressure, navigating the complexities of managing various customers in multiple stages of their lifecycle, and with different levels of satisfaction towards the service we are providing them.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the clients’ organization, from senior management to technical level.
- Ability to build relationships and create rapport.
- Strong proactivity mindset. Persistent, hungry, self-driven and self-directed mentality.
- Organized and methodical with a high level of attention to details
Context of Work:
- Be internally the go-to person about the accounts you will be working with.
- Availability to travel abroad (expect to travel every month).
- Strong computer skills.
- Comfortable working in a complex and fast paced organization.
- Located in Portugal.
- Fluency in English (Must be able to work with English speaking customers).

- Automotive interest / background.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Experience working within an industry similar to ours.

Remote in Portugal, Onsite in Coimbra, or Hybrid. #LI-Remote
