If you’ve done this for a startup before, that would be great, but we are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join this exciting opportunity and that is looking to kick-start his career in sales within the fintech industry.


What’s the role?

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) You'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets. This involves qualifying leads, building and maintaining relationships with users, and ultimately help the team to achieve sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and continuously improving product knowledge. The primary objective is to grow Rauva’s client base by showcasing the value and benefits of our super-app to potential clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation::
  • Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and set appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Client Engagement:
      • Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
      • Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  • Product and Service Understanding:
      • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Rauva’s services and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:
      • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further sales activities.
  • Continuous Learning:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our service updates to effectively address prospect inquiries.
  • Market Insight and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client demands to identify opportunities for strategic business development.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to refine and expand our service offerings.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and engaging demeanor both in English and Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with startup dynamics and an ability to relate to the unique challenges faced by startup clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changes.
