We’re looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to join us in our Lisbon office and lead and execute customer marketing strategies across multiple lifecycle stages, with a particular focus on retention, engagement, and advocacy. This role is central to optimizing customer journeys, driving long-term value, and enhancing customer experience by delivering impactful communication strategies and customer stories. In this position, you will get a chance to work with our awesome sales, product, customer success teams and brand teams on various campaigns. Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive retention, engagement, and advocacy throughout the customer lifecycleDesign and lead campaigns targeting critical customer milestones (e.g., renewals, upsell opportunities), ensuring measurable impact on retention and revenueManage customer advocacy initiatives by project managing the creation of impactful case studies, success stories, and other gated content to enhance lead nurture flows, support Sales and Customer Success teams, enhance customer marketing programs and build brand loyaltyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success, SEO, Brand, MarTech) to align customer marketing efforts with overarching company goals and deliver integrated strategiesLead and manage customer marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic prioritiesContinuously optimize customer journeys using data-driven insights to improve touchpoints and enhance the customer experience across all channelsMonitor and analyze engagement and revenue metrics, including retention, churn, and advocacy, to measure success and provide actionable insights to the department leadSupport the development and optimization of customer marketing programs, including loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and customer advocacy programsLead content briefing and review for communications for assigned initiatives, working with copy and design teams to ensure clarity, engagement, and value in messagingEnsure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) in all customer communications Does this sound like you?
At least 3 years of experience in customer marketing or similar roleStrong understanding of customer marketing principles, including lifecycle management, retention strategies, and customer advocacyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels across multiple teamsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with content and design briefing processesFamiliarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools for executing campaignsProficient in email and in-app messaging strategies for customer engagementFluency in English Why Pipedrive?
