About You
You’re a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You speak English and Portuguese fluently (Spanish would be a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to work independently and adapt quickly to remote work.
- A drive to be part of something bigger than yourself
The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Provide operational support to the Customer Operations team
- Establish and maintain quality standards
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
- Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale.
Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross package of 15.000€ to 18.000€ (plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).
