We are looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Research the required information using available resources.
  • Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • You are native Swedish speaker and English B1
  • You enjoy interacting with people
  • You are a team player and your team can rely on you
  • You have strong communication skills, both spoken and written
  • You aspire to leave every customer satisfied
  • Specialist in processing police requests
