As a Motion Designer you will create compelling motion graphics, animations, and videos that strengthen our brand’s visual identity and storytelling.

Working closely with the Brand, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll ensure a cohesive and engaging presence across all touchpoints—including our website, social media, marketing campaigns, and product demos. Your creativity, technical skill, and dedication to brand consistency will play a key role in bringing our story to life and enhancing the user experience in the crypto space.

Responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics & Brand Identity: Design and animate motion graphics that reflect and enhance the brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across digital platforms and aligning with the overall brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Design: Work in tandem with the Brand Design team to develop motion content that supports and extends the visual language of the brand across marketing, product, and campaign materials.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Animate high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, including social media animations, ads, banners, and video content that effectively convey key messages and align with the brand’s voice.
  • Visual Narratives: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop storyboards and visual narratives for product demos, promotional videos, educational content, and other digital storytelling formats.
  • Website & Product Integration: Partner with the product and web design teams to create animated elements for product features, website landing pages, and interactive user interfaces, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and improving user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the creative, product, and marketing teams to bring brand and campaign strategies to life through motion design. Assist in the development of creative briefs, review sessions, and project timelines.
  • Event & Conference Visuals: Collaborate with event marketing to design and animate content for conferences and other events within the crypto space, ensuring all assets reflect the brand’s dynamic and forward-thinking identity.
  • Innovation & Trends : Stay updated on industry trends in motion design, animation, and the cryptocurrency/tech space. Propose and implement innovative animation techniques that align with the latest visual and user experience trends.
  • You may be a fit for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, preferably within the tech or crypto industries.
  • Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects; experience with Cinema 4D is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing advanced animation, motion graphics, and storytelling capabilities.
  • The ability to conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality visuals across various mediums, including video, web, and social media.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience partnering with brand designers, marketers, and product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to lead and contribute in cross-functional environments.
  • A deep understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and user-centered design.
  • Familiarity with crypto and blockchain technologies is a plus.
  • Open to giving and receiving feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A unique mix of creativity, humility, attention to detail, self-awareness, curiosity, thoughtfulness, and tenacity.
  • Although not a requirement, bonus points if you:

  • Are well-versed in current cryptocurrency design trends, with the ability to propose and implement innovative motion solutions that keep the brand fresh and relevant.
