Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Operations Specialist to help us with our ride-hailing vertical in Portugal.

As an Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape – here’s your chance!

You will lead local operations projects and work closely with other cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to support our mission of making cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

• Hands-on demand management - working autonomously and taking initiative through the stages of rider acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention.
• Review core metrics, build relationships with key partners, and execute your supply, demand, and investment strategies.
• Creating, optimizing, or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority. You will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the future direction of Bolt.
• Taking ownership of projects that contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency, with the main goal of taking Bolt rides in Portugal to the next level.

• You have 3+ years of experience in Operations, startups, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytical tasks.
• You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
• You are highly analytical, with a data-driven mindset and excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet you're not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed.
• You are highly motivated to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure demand growth.
