Your Role: Product Analyst

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and transforming healthcare? As a Product Analyst at UpHill, you’ll be at the heart of our product development process—analyzing user needs, optimizing business processes, and enhancing the functionality of our solutions. Your insights will directly shape our products and drive impact in the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Dive deep into data—conduct in-depth analyses to uncover insights and trends that drive product strategy.
  • Craft compelling reports on product performance, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Define clear, actionable specifications for new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure our products align with business goals and user expectations.
  • Leverage research methodologies (A/B testing, data modeling) to drive evidence-based decisions.
  • Take full ownership of projects and ensure long-term success beyond launch.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in product analysis or a similar role in tech or healthcare.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills—you can translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Structured & detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Impact-driven mindset—you thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Bonus Points for

  • Experience with data analysis tools or SQL or Python.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT systems & software (e.g., JIRA).
  • Ability to write user stories, BDD, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong technical writing & documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies & project management.
  • A curious, creative, and proactive mindset.
