What are we building?
We are scaling our team at Infraspeak! 🚀
More than software we have a platform that enables our customers to build their own solution, picking up what best fits their needs in between a plethora of native apps, plug-and-play integrations, powerful customisations, and IoT/Hardware components.
In parallel, we are continuously expanding the range of operations covered by our platform (from maintenance to energy management; from procurement to industrial ops… You name it!).
We did a lot already, but we are only 1% done 🙂
So we are now looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to help us design and demonstrate amazing and impactful solutions while being a Source of Good Life to everyone around us.
What will you do?
You will own the whole pre-sales solution design and demo flows to Mid-Market prospects using a value-driven mindset.
You will pair with Account Executives/Managers during the sales process, helping translate business needs to a technical vision and, with a deep knowledge of the wide Infraspeak offering (apps, add-ons, integrations, customisations, etc), be able to design and demonstrate a solution which delivers real value to complex operations.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Customer Success.
You will also:
- Master Infraspeak’s product, integrations, and services offering
- Build and deliver proofs-of-concept (POCs), pilots, and demos to Mid-Market clients
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and technical training to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
- Make mistakes learn from them and make incremental improvements in the process
- Keep learning and don’t be afraid of trying something new.
Who are we looking for?
- Good English communication skills (oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal) and the ability to explain complex topics in simple matters
- Loves to work on a fast-paced high-energy market segment and balance multiple projects in a team-selling environment
- At least 2/3 years of experience in pre-sales
- Past experience in international B2B within the SaaS industry is an advantage
- Knowledge around API integrations is an advantage.
