THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Product Manager to our Eligible-to-Subscriber | CODE team in Portugal!
The Consumer Experience (CODE) team in Product & Technology is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful experience to attract and retain more subscribers, helping them start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Wellhub.
The Eligible-to-Subscriber team's goal is to continuously evolve the consumer enrollment experience (which eligible employees go through to become subscribers) towards a simple, intuitive and engaging experience that helps users start their wellbeing journey with us confidently and effortlessly, driving higher conversions for our business.
YOUR IMPACT
As a leader in our industry and fast growing company, we are continuously evolving our business model to expand opportunities to our clients, partners and consumers, and drive business growth. As a Product Manager on the Eligible-to-Subscriber team, you will be responsible for evolving our consumer enrollment experience towards maximizing the business impact of these continuous business model evolutions while ensuring a top-notch user experience.
- Support the integration and enablement of evolutions to our business models into the consumer enrollment experience;
- Drive the mapping, assessment, planning and execution of opportunities to continuously improve the user experience and business impact of these evolutions, prioritizing the most impactful initiatives and ensuring we are aligned with Wellhub goals;
- Drive product requirements definition, actively collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;
- Participate in cross-area programs and projects and collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, sales, marketing to ensure that all of us are moving towards the same goals;
- Work closely with data, product design and engineering teams, managing your backlog and leading meetings to design and deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning products;
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track features and identify and address improvement opportunities in our product.

WHO YOU ARE
- Solid experience in leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members;
- Experience in working on cross-areas projects or with cross-areas dependencies, where collaboration and coordination between teams is key;
- Experience in project management skills, including structuring workstreams, mapping dependencies, and outlining use cases related to your product scope;
- Capacity to identify and connect users needs and business needs, and develop effective and elegant ideas to meet them, with attention to details and properly assessing impact and risks;
- Hands on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
- Strong problem solving - be able to structure problems, prioritize and make pragmatic decisions in unstructured environments;
- Strong communication skill, both on verbal and on writing;
- Experience in mobile product development;
- English is a must;
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product;
- Seen as a plus:
- Experience in web product development;
- Experience in agile development environments.
