We’re looking for bright Quality Guardian to join our team
At Critical TechWorks, a Quality Guardian ensures formal and external quality requirements are fulfilled without damaging agility. This role involves understanding and finding value in the legal certification requirements and embedding them into an agile mindset and practices. Agility and common sense are very much a part of everything they do. The Quality Guardian also develops, maintains and optimizes the company’s quality system in a way that is useful for the DevOps teams.
Here is what your day to day will look like:
- Manage Critical TechWorks’ Integrated Management System and ensure its maintenance, improvement and optimization.
- Plan and ensure the certification activities.
- Ensure compliance with external certification requirements.
- Collaborate with the DevOps teams to extract value from the formal quality requirements.
- Influence and assist DevOps teams and other areas of the company in aligning with and achieving corporate quality objectives.
- Become an enabler who simplifies processes rather than complicates them.
- Create a collaborative environment between all areas of the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement mindset.
- Have a quality innovation mindset to pursue new ways of doing.
Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:
- Strong knowledge of internal and formal quality audits.
- Knowledge of international standards such as ISO9000, ISO27000, ASPICE, and TISAX series is a major plus.
- Enterprise agile coaching mindset, and experience. Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAfe and LeSS.
- Able to create solutions that are smart, simple, and relevant within the context of an agile organization.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in owning a software engineering quality system, including creating processes and templates and overseeing or auditing the quality deliverables of product development as required.
- Must have excellent documentation skills.

- Be available to travel, as required to support all the phases of the audits cycle when needed.
- Have excellent English oral and written skills.
