Lime is hiring a Repair Efficiency Manager to join our Operations Excellence team! In this role, you will report into the Repair Excellence Manager. You will lead initiatives for warehouse teams globally to embed a culture of process compliance, fleet reliability and quality, elevate best practices from local to global and drive standardization.

We are a remote first company! For many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate. As this is a hybrid position requiring you to go into a warehouse two-three times per week, it's preferred that the individual hired for this role be within 30 miles or 60 minutes of Krakow’s city center.

What you’ll do:

  • Deep dive in data led-opportunities for process improvement, team performance optimization, labor planning and cost initiatives.
  • Significantly contribute to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets
  • Partner, influence and help implement warehouse and process design, productivity and data tools using Lean Six Sigma concepts.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement in our warehouse teams where warehouse SOPs are challenged and systematically improved.  Act as an ally of the warehouse teams but also the guardian of best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on wider business priorities 
  • Working to continuously improve processes both on the warehouse floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as product, logistics and mechanic managers
  • About you:

  • Permission to work in the Poland is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years leading improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma in an operational environment.
  • Data analytics proficiency, advanced Excel skills, SQL and database queries.
  • Travel is an important part of the role and is expected at approximately 40%
