What’s the role?
This is a full-time hybrid role as a **New Business Sales Representative.** You'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new clients and exceeding sales targets. This involves prospecting, conducting consultative sales, delivering product presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, developing proposals, and ultimately achieving sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and continuously improving product knowledge. The primary objective is to grow Rauva’s client base by showcasing the value and benefits of our super-app to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales and Client Engagement:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their unique accounting requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships, guiding clients through our comprehensive services.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute significantly Rauva’s growth trajectory.
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge:
- Deep dive into our array of accounting services, articulating their value propositions with clarity and conviction.
- Conduct compelling presentations showcasing our tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Navigating Startup Dynamics:
- Leverage startup experience to adapt seamlessly to changing environments and address the evolving needs of startup clients.
- Customize solutions to align with the dynamic and unique challenges faced by startups in their growth journey.
- Efficient Sales Cycle Management:
- Effectively manage various sales cycles, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the service delivery phase.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall client experience.
- Market Insight and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and client demands to identify opportunities for strategic business development.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to refine and expand our service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial or SaaS sector.
- Familiarity with startup dynamics and an ability to relate to the unique challenges faced by startup clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
