We are looking for an engaged and passionateSenior Software Engineer to join our growing Communication Platform department and be part of the Number Management team.
You will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that add customer value.
Best practices, evangelization, and mentoring in your team and across the whole of Engineering will be part of your day to day job.

Using Typescript and Ruby back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and Al capabilities, and fully integrated with our customers' business critical tools.

Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customersHave key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modulesWrite clean scalable code and test and deploy applications and systemsReview, update, refactor, and debug codeBe part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure, voice solutions to Aircall clientsInvolvement in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoringParticipate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical system issues and ensure continuous system reliabilityMentor team members Team Environment:

Requirements:
You have at least 5+ years of experience in backend development with preferably a typed language (Typescript/Node.js, Java, C#) with a focus on delivering for scalability, availability, security and performance You have at least 2+ years of experience working on frontend applications, preferably with React, but experience with Angular is also valued.You have experience with serverless architectures, microservices or distributed systems.You have worked extensively with AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by AmazonYou can talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineersSecurity is at the forefront of your mind in everything that you do
