

Senior Salesforce Developer, Sales Operations
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Bolt Business team and design world-class Salesforce applications to meet our evolving CRM needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, analysing project objectives, creating customer workflows, and troubleshooting errors. To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience with Salesforce CRM platforms, strong application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software challenges effectively.
- Collaborating with project managers to assess CRM needs and develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to meet business requirements.
- Developing integrations with external systems to enhance data flow and functionality.
- Testing the stability and functionality of Salesforce applications, troubleshooting, and fixing any bugs that arise.
- Writing technical documentation and providing training to Salesforce staff to ensure smooth operations and user understanding.
- Implementing custom flows, triggers, approval processes, and validation rules to streamline business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering with 2+ years of Salesforce development experience and certification as Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms, including development using Apex, VisualForce, and JavaScript, with knowledge of web coding (HTML, CSS) being a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for high-level software and application issues, and proactive attitude towards Salesforce enhancements with a focus on best practices.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, create technical documentation, and work on developing solutions using industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking, project management skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, being active in the Salesforce community.
