Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Developing and configuring appropriate technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices and ServiceNow standards;
• Developing new projects and implement business processes including reporting, test automation, mobility and asset management (Requirement Analysis, Design and Implementation);
• Reporting technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences;
• Monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications;
• Maintaining the operations manuals and other technical documents;
• Contributing to the optimization of support services and processes.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
• Very good knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML, CSS is desired;
• Basic IT knowledge (network, databases, application servers, web services, distributed systems);
• Ideally at least +1 year of professional experience in Web development;
• Eager to learn ServiceNow platform and application development;
• Strong analytical skills paired with a strong service and customer orientation;
• Initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks;
• Result-oriented and communicative team player;
• Good written and spoken English skills.

• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CADE - Certified Application Developer
• CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM; HAM; SAM; ITOM)
