System Monitoring Specialist

We are in search of a System Monitoring Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. As a System Monitoring Specialist, you will proactively track the health of our locker network and supporting platforms. You’ll configure alert systems, create dashboards, and analyze real-time metrics to identify potential issues before they impact customers.

What will be your responsibilities

• Set up and maintain alerts across firmware, cloud, and IoT components, catching anomalies early;
• Develop and refine real-time dashboards to visualize overall system performance;
• Notify Specialist Team Leads of critical issues, providing initial diagnostic data;
• Work with Intelligence and Specialist Teams to incorporate monitoring insights into product and process enhancements.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Hands-on experience with platforms like Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar;
• Ability to interpret diverse data points and quickly pinpoint problematic trends;
• Familiarity with basic networking, system architecture, or DevOps best practices;
• Comfortable interfacing with engineers, support leads, and management to escalate and resolve issues swiftly;
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
