Your new adventure:
Act as the NetSuite software expert, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Payroll. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local SNC standards, statutory guidelines, and internal financial policies and proceduresAssist in closing the monthly booksComply with local government reporting requirements, enquiries and tax filingsSupport the team in preparing all work papers and year-end financial statements required for tax authorities and auditsMonitor and oversee bank and credit card activitiesHandle purchase invoice-related tasks, including processing invoices, obtaining necessary approvals, and preparing paymentsSupport the team with the Payroll processManage the flex benefits expenses, travel expenses and all other reimbursable expenses Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field requiredStrong knowledge of accounting rules and principles (NCRF, US GAAP, and IFRS)Comprehensive knowledge of the Portuguese Tax System requiredProven experience with Netsuite software system Exceptional attention to detail and very strong analytical skillsFluency in English Why Pipedrive:
