We’re looking for bright Heads of Interactions to join our team
As a Head of Interactions (HoI) at Critical TechWorks, you are more than just a leader; you are a catalyst for growth, collaboration, and excellence. In this unique role, you will oversee units of approximately 80 people, divided into agile teams, and be the driving force behind their success and development. This position is ideal for those who excel in servant leadership and are passionate about nurturing talent, fostering a positive culture, and guiding career progression.
- Team Guidance and Support: Provide continuous support and coaching to diverse teams within your unit, focusing on career development and internal mobility.
- Fostering Collaboration: Act as a mentor to promote effective collaboration within and between teams, ensuring seamless interactions and sharing of best agile practices.
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the unit's strategy and vision, aligning it with the broader organizational goals and the Joy in Motion strategy.
- Resource Optimization: Ensure optimal utilization of the unit’s resources (financial and otherwise), including manpower, tools, and technology, to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in operations.
- Compensation and Appreciation Management: Guide the mastery process, conduct compensation analysis, and influence career progression within the unit.
- Cultural Ambassador: Embody and promote Critical TechWorks' autonomy and flat hierarchy culture, creating a collective mindset and a growth-oriented environment.

Whatever you’re working on, here’s the lowdown on the technical skills you’re likely to have:
- Experience of agile methods, practices, and tools but mainly strong agile culture and coaching mindset.
- Strong people skills that foster a supportive environment, constructive feedback and ideas sharing.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A good balance between assertiveness and empathy.
- Knowledge about the software development process.
- A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
- Able to create solutions that are smart, simple, and relevant within the context of an agile organisation.

- Embrace agile and its implementation frameworks namely Scrum, to make the most out of all its events and work to keep evolving a high-performing team.
- Be open minded and ready to adapt to a fast-paced company.
- Have the ability to challenge people and learn with them.
- Be available to support operations outside working hours if needed (extra compensation will be applicable).
- Be available to travel abroad for short periods, as required.
- Have excellent English and Portuguese communication skills. German communication skills will be a plus.
