HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) Manager
Job Description
You’ll be focused in
• Cooperating with the Tech Unit Directors and leadership team to define and drive the company’s strategy, technical vision, and roadmap for HR-related initiatives.
• Contributing to the development and execution of long-term strategies for the CoEs, enhancing its structure and standards.
• Leading initiatives to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
• Planning and executing recruitment demand plan, ensuring alignment with business growth goals.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of training and employee development programs.
• Designing and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Promoting a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational values and supports workforce integration.
• Managing compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market and ensure internal equity.
• Partner with finance and controlling teams to align CoEs budgets with organizational financial goals.
• Lead the definition, development, and implementation of HR-related projects to support business-critical initiatives.
• Planning and allocate team resources effectively, ensuring alignment with project and organizational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, driving cross-departmental projects to successful outcomes.
• Ensure continuous stakeholder engagement and positive collaborations across Volkswagen Digital Solutions.
In order to succeed, you’ll need
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management or comparable work experience
• Proven experience of at least 7 years of experience leading HR teams, ideally in a diversified scope of responsibility
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering collaboration and performance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen and experience in HR budget planning and forecasting.
