Introduction:

Sword Health is seeking an innovative Lead Gen and Acquisition Strategist to join our Enterprise Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline growth. As a key member of our B2B marketing team, you'll work closely with Sales and Partnerships to create valuable resources and programs that drive meaningful engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Design and scale multi-channel lead generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline
  • Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven improvements
  • Develop targeted media strategies and oversee digital advertising investments
  • Create compelling webinar programs and content experiences that capture prospect interest
  • Build sophisticated lead scoring frameworks to enhance Sales qualification
  • Analyze multi-touch attribution data to inform campaign strategy and optimization
  • Discover and activate high-potential segments within our existing database
  • Implement SEO and content distribution strategies to maximize organic reach
  • Craft innovative digital experiences that drive engagement and lead capture
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop resources that accelerate pipeline conversion
  • Identify emerging channels and tactics to expand our market reach
  • Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience driving B2B marketing programs, with a focus on digital customer acquisition
  • Track record of scaling lead generation channels and exceeding pipeline targets
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics and multi-touch attribution modeling
  • Proven success optimizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
  • Experience managing digital media budgets and vendor relationships
  • Strong background in marketing automation and lead scoring optimization
  • Skilled in SEO strategy and content distribution best practices
  • Sharp analytical mindset balanced with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strategic thinker who thrives on testing innovative approaches
  • Natural collaborator able to partner effectively across Sales and Marketing
