About you:

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to build data pipelines, design data architectures, and enable self-service analytics that will help shape Rauva’s rapid growth and innovation in the fintech space.

What’s the role:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Rauva, you will play a critical role in enabling Rauva’s mission to empower SMEs across Europe by optimizing data insights and infrastructure. You will work closely with product and service teams to create data-driven solutions, ensuring that Rauva’s platform continues to meet and exceed user expectations.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive business insights through data analysis and engineering
• Lead the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines
• Create and track business metrics and KPIs
• Enable self-service analytics for stakeholders through intuitive tools and dashboard
• Build optimized data models and views for reporting and analytics
• Design and implement data architecture and governance frameworks
• Support product and service teams with data-driven solutions

What’s your ideal background?

• 5+ years in data analysis, delivering impactful solutions and driving business insights.
• Expertise in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience developing production-grade data pipelines and optimizing data
• Version control and CI/CD workflows
• Advanced orchestration using Apache Airflow
• Pipeline monitoring and performance optimization
• Data modeling and transformation
• Proficient with dbt (Core & Cloud) and Apache Airflow for orchestration and transformation.
• Deep understanding of mathematical and statistical principles.
• Strong foundation in quantitative disciplines (STEM preferred).
